First Monday Area Feature—The Breezeway/Walkway

Beginning at the end of Original Pavilion I and stretching down to Pavilion 4500, the Breezeway/Walkway area holds everything from rustic furniture, metal art, and deer antler pens to quilts, porch swings, and concessions.

The Breezeway/Walkway area is situated right across from Dry Creek Landing, Row 46 and the Creekside Shops. Here’s a map to show you the way: Main Grounds Map.

First Monday Area Feature – Original Pavilion I

Settled on the original First Monday grounds, this pavilion is aptly named. It has a sibling that lives a stone’s throw away, but let’s take a look at some of the unique aspects of this pavilion.

When you see it from HWY 19, you can’t miss the colorful carts painted on the end. Yes, there are cart rentals right there.

After going through the booths that hosts everything from clothing to furniture to home décor, you’ll find yourself in the Breezeway area, right across from Dry Creek Landing.

When the day is done, a line starts next to the Original Pavilion, with folks waiting to board the Trolley, or cross HWY 19 to the parking lots. Plenty of shoppers detour through this pavilion for final purchases before ending their day.

First Monday Area Feature—Dry Creek Landing

The Dry Creek Landing building celebrated its Grand Opening at the September 2010 show. Since then, it’s become everything from a favorite meeting place for groups reorganizing midway through the day to a cool spot to shop the five booths that call Dry Creek Landing home.

Situated right on a main thoroughfare of the road called Dealer’s Row, the blue top building is somewhat of a hub. It sits in the gateway to the open air fields, and it’s across from the end of the Original Pavilions, the Breezeway and near Pavilion 4500. The popular Row 46 is just a few skips down.

Wide ramps on each end of the building make it easy to push your shopping cart up or ride a scooter. The shops, however, are best experienced on foot, due to crowds and a full display of merchandise.

There’s an assortment of shopping treasures found in these booths, from shabby chic home décor to wood crosses and clothing.
